Group Tour Agreement and Participation Terms

Applies to All Tours Booked via Your Custom Group Page

Welcome! The tours listed on your custom group booking page are specially arranged private group experiences. These are not standard per-person commercial tours—each one has been custom-organized, prepaid in full in advance, and offered to a limited number of participants who will share the total cost.

By booking and making payment for any tour your page, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which apply to each and every tour available through your  page.

1. Group Commitment Structure

• All tours on this page are privately arranged for a specific group, and pricing is based on the entire group, not individual tickets.
  
  

• Once a tour is confirmed, the group is financially committed. Each participant is responsible for their share.
  
  

• If one participant cancels, it impacts the entire group. Therefore, no individual cancellations are permitted once the tour is confirmed.
  
  

2. No Individual Refunds After Commitment

• Once you make payment and your spot is confirmed, no individual refund will be issued if you choose to cancel.
  
  

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or resell your spot to another person (for example, a fellow traveler or cruise passenger). You are responsible for managing the transfer and notifying the organizer.
  
  

3. Full Refund Only If Ship Does Not Reach Port

• If the ship does not reach the scheduled port and the tour cannot take place, you will receive a 100% refund, and I will cover any processing or banking fees.
  
  

• This is the only scenario in which refunds are automatically issued.
  
  

4. Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended

• For all other situations—such as illness, missed connections, change of plans, or emergencies—no refunds will be given.
  
  

• It is your responsibility to carry appropriate travel insurance to protect against such risks.
  
  

5. Agreement Applies to All Group Tours

• These terms apply to every tour listed and booked through your dedicated group booking page.

• By booking any tour from this page, you accept these conditions and understand that your participation helps make the tour possible for the entire group.
  
  

Acknowledgment

By submitting payment for any tour listed on your custom booking page, you agree to:

• These shared group commitment terms.

• The no-refund policy for individual cancellations.

• The ability to transfer your spot if needed.

• The full refund policy only if the ship fails to reach the port.

• The recommendation to carry travel insurance.
