September 23 - Split, Croatia ( 8:00 AM, 6:00 PM)

Includes Waterfall Park entrance  fees, water and healthy snacks onboard.

I highly suggest this one because it includes these really amazing waterfalls (look it up online). Begin your day with an unforgettable visit to the stunning Krka Waterfalls as soon as you disembark from your cruise. Explore the park’s breathtaking cascades, lush nature, and serene walking paths.  Note: the included entrance to the natural park offers the option to join a boat ride. However, please be aware that the boat ride often has a long line. If you choose to take the ride, the rest of the itinerary will need to be shortened, and you may miss out on other fascinating experiences; your local guide does not recommend it for that reason. You can decide what to prioritize as this is your private tour.

Next, step back in time with a visit to the charming old town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its medieval streets, historic architecture, and vibrant waterfront. (Depending on traffic and how much time you spend at the waterfalls this part may be removed).

Conclude your adventure with sightseeing in Split, where you’ll uncover the city’s fascinating history and iconic landmarks like Diocletian’s Palace. Along the way, enjoy incredible panoramic views of the Dalmatian Coast before returning to your cruise.

September 24 - Bar, Montenegro ( 8:00 AM, 6:00 PM)

• Duration:  4+ hours biking time 

• Maximum Altitude: 1,300 meters

• Maximum distance 38 miles (need to confirm)

• Kotor Cable car with amazing view (13 Eur pp not included ) enjoy a  thrilling journey lasting 11 minutes, covering a distance of 3,900 meters. You'll ascend from the starting point at Dub to the final station at Kuk, soaring 1,316 meters above sea level.  

Your day starts with a transfer from Bar to Kotor, where you’ll enjoy a scenic drive along the beautiful Montenegrin coastline.

Once in Kotor, you’ll take a cable car ride to the mountain summit (to be paid on site EUR 13 pp), where you can admire breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor. At the top, the local agency will provide you with bicycles and a mobile phone, along with clear instructions for your self-guided journey back toward Bar (and all the way if you feel like it).

As you cycle back down, you’ll follow a designated route filled with stunning landscapes and picturesque stops. If at any point you’re unable to continue or need assistance, simply use the provided mobile phone to call them, and they will send a car to pick you up and bring you back to Bar.

It’s an adventure designed to let you explore at your own pace, with the peace of mind that help is just a call away. 

A tour where you just bike around the Kotor Bay can also be organized, but the local operator said that going this route will give you "the bike ride of your lifetime" (using his own words), and that staying at the Kotor bay is very touristy and is much less enjoyable.

September 26 - Katakolon (Olympia), Greece (7:00 AM, 5:00 PM)

Weather considerations: the beaches near Katakolon, Greece are generally considered very good in late September, as the weather is still warm with pleasant sea temperatures, and the crowds are significantly smaller compared to peak summer months like July and August; making it a great time to enjoy the beautiful coastline without the hustle. See here for additional information. The temperature range in September is expected to be: 83°F high  / 62°F low for Katakolon.

September 27 - Messina, Sicily (9:00 AM, 7:00 PM)

September 28 - Naples, Italy (7:00 AM, 6:00 PM)

Pick up time 8:00 am: Your guide will meet you directly at your ship's pier, and together you’ll walk to the ferry boarding area. There, you’ll purchase tickets and board the ferry (approximately 1 hour travel time each way). For the ferry schedule to Capri and back, click here.  Please focus only on the SNAV and NLG lines, as they serve the "Beverello" pier where cruise ships dock.

Looking at the Ferry schedule you can take the ferry to capri that departs at 8:35 and arrives in capri at 9:25. For your return transfer you can take the 3:25 ferry that arrives in Naples at 4:15. You will be arriving at a pier  that is less right next to the cruise pier.  That are ferries that depart at 1 hours interval, so you could return earlier if you wanted. 

Your private tour includes full day guided service for a custom tour of Capri. During your ferry transfer to Capri you will decide with the Manuela if you wish to add any optional things like: a boat tour + the Blue Grotto (interested weather permitting)  entrance (EUR 38 per person), entrance to see the stunning Villa S. Michele (EUR 10 per person),  interested to the chairlift to the top of the island (EUR 12 per person). There is still a lot to do and see  in Capri that does not have additional costs. Manuela will tell you all about it and plan the best Capri day!

September 29 - Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy (5:00 AM)
