Pick up Instructions for your Private tours

Usually right at the gangway where you will meet your Chauffeur/Guide  holding a sign with your name.

You may check with the ship personnel where you will need to go to meet your private tours booked independently on your own. That is where you will meet your guides/drivers. They will be awaiting for you there holding a sign with your name. 

Please ensure your phone is active during pick-up/travel time. Familiarize yourself with using WhatsApp, as it allows you to call any number in your contacts using an internet connection. When adding contact numbers, prefix each with the country code (e.g., +39 for Italy) as shown in your tour descriptions below.

• Hotel pick-up is not included, so please ask your hotel to call a taxi to take you to the Vatican Museum entrance. You can coordinate the rest directly with your guide via WhatsApp using the number provided above.
